  • Who can train with ToneFitness?

    Our in-person personal training is exclusive to residents of The partnered apartment complexes). Online coaching is available to anyone, anywhere.

  • How do I get started?

    Click Start Training on our menu, choose your plan, and complete the quick sign-up process. You’ll fill out a health form, sign our terms, and set up your first session.

  • Do I need to be fit before starting?

    Not at all. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and your trainer will tailor your workouts to your abilities and goals.

  • What’s included in my training program?

    Customized workouts from a NASM-certified trainer

    Weekly check-ins & progress tracking

    InBody body composition analysis & circumference measurements

    Food log reviews & nutrition guidance

    Access to our training platform for scheduling & tracking

  • How does billing work?

    30-Day Flexible Plan: Billed bi-weekly, minimum 30-day commitment

    3-Month Complete Plan: Billed bi-weekly, minimum 12-week commitment

    Online Coaching: Billed monthly
    Cancellation terms apply to all plans.

  • Can I change or cancel my sessions?

    Yes, you can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled late may be charged unless waived by your trainer.
